Thank you for choosing a Beautifully in Season Styled Photo Experience.

Our Styled Photo Experiences are designed to be more than a traditional photo session. They are thoughtfully curated seasonal experiences created to celebrate life’s meaningful moments in beautifully designed settings.

Whether you’re documenting your growing family, celebrating a milestone, capturing holiday memories, or simply preserving a special season of life, our goal is to create timeless images in an atmosphere that feels relaxed, joyful, and authentic.

This Styled Photo Experience Reservation & Session Policy explains what you can expect before, during, and after your session so that everyone enjoys a seamless experience.

If you ever have questions, we’re always happy to help.

Beautifully in Season intentionally offers only a limited number of Styled Photo Experiences each season.

This allows us to provide every client with the personalized attention, thoughtfully designed seasonal sets, and exceptional experience that define our brand.

Sessions are reserved on a first-confirmed basis.

Because seasonal installations are available for a limited time and demand often exceeds availability, we encourage clients to reserve early.

A Reservation Payment is required to reserve your Styled Photo Experience.

Your Reservation Payment allows Beautifully in Season to:

• Reserve your session.
• Reserve photographer availability.
• Reserve one of our limited seasonal sets.
• Coordinate scheduling.
• Prepare for your session.

Because our seasonal sets, scheduling, and photographer availability are intentionally limited, Reservation Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Your Reservation Payment is not simply payment toward photographs.

It secures one of a limited number of seasonal sessions and reserves production capacity specifically for your experience.

Reservation amounts and final pricing will be clearly communicated before checkout.

Your reservation includes the specific Styled Photo Experience selected during booking.

Included services, session length, number of edited images, optional upgrades, and pricing will be displayed at the time of reservation.

Additional services—including additional editing, expanded session time, additional digital images, prints, albums, or specialty products—may be offered separately when available.

Applicable sales tax will be added where required by law.

Your reservation confirms your selected session date and scheduled session time.

Please plan to arrive approximately 10 minutes before your scheduled session.

Arriving early allows time for parking, gathering personal belongings, preparing children, and ensuring your session begins on time.

Because multiple families are often scheduled consecutively, sessions begin and end promptly.

Late arrivals may reduce the amount of available photography time.

Whenever possible, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate minor delays; however, session end times generally cannot be extended if doing so would impact another client.

We understand that unexpected delays occasionally happen.

If you anticipate arriving late, please notify us as soon as possible.

Depending on the schedule, Beautifully in Season may, at its sole discretion, shorten the session, adjust the session flow, or reschedule when reasonably possible.

Late arrival does not guarantee additional session time.

If you do not arrive for your scheduled session and have not communicated with us beforehand, your session may be considered a no-show.

Because photographer time and seasonal availability have been reserved specifically for your session, Reservation Payments remain non-refundable.

Whenever reasonably possible, we will attempt to contact you before considering a session abandoned.

Many Styled Photo Experiences take place outdoors.

Weather plays an important role in creating beautiful photographs while ensuring the safety and comfort of everyone involved.

Beautifully in Season reserves the sole discretion to determine whether weather conditions require postponement or rescheduling.

Factors we may consider include:

• Rain
• Lightning
• High winds
• Excessive heat
• Ice
• Flooding
• Severe storms
• Unsafe walking conditions
• Poor lighting conditions caused by weather
• Any other condition that may negatively impact safety or the quality of the experience

Whenever practical, we’ll notify clients as early as possible if weather requires adjustments.

If Beautifully in Season postpones a session because of weather, we’ll work with you to schedule the next mutually available session.

Weather-related postponements do not result in cancellation of your reservation.

Every Styled Photo Experience takes place within a living seasonal installation.

Because our sets incorporate natural materials—including pumpkins, gourds, florals, greenery, foliage, wreaths, plants, and other seasonal décor—the appearance of each set naturally evolves throughout the season.

No two sessions are ever identical.

Seasonal products may naturally change due to:

• Weather
• Seasonal availability
• Floral life cycles
• Pumpkin varieties
• Foliage changes
• Decorative enhancements
• Artistic updates
• Natural wear throughout the season

These changes are part of the beauty of working with authentic seasonal materials and should be expected.

Portfolio photographs and promotional images illustrate the overall style and aesthetic of our sets but are not guarantees that every session will take place in an identical environment.

Beautifully in Season is known for creating warm, timeless, natural imagery.

Clients choose us not simply to document how they looked during a season—but to preserve how that season felt.

Rather than relying exclusively on rigid posing, we guide clients throughout the session while allowing genuine moments to unfold naturally.

Every Styled Photo Experience is thoughtfully curated from beginning to end.

Rather than photographing every pose or delivering every image captured during a session, Beautifully in Season carefully curates the strongest photographs that best represent your experience.

Our artistic style includes professional judgment regarding:

• Posing guidance
• Camera angles
• Image selection
• Cropping
• Color grading
• Editing
• Final gallery presentation

By reserving a Styled Photo Experience, you acknowledge that you are selecting Beautifully in Season because of our artistic style and creative vision.

Our goal is to deliver a timeless collection of images that beautifully tell the story of your season.

Children are always welcome and are often the heart of our Styled Photo Experiences.

We encourage parents and caregivers to relax and enjoy the experience rather than expecting perfect poses or constant smiles.

Some of the most meaningful photographs come from genuine interactions, laughter, curiosity, and authentic moments.

Parents or legal guardians remain responsible for supervising children throughout the session.

Beautifully in Season is not responsible for supervising children or ensuring their safety during the session.

If a child becomes upset, overwhelmed, or simply needs a short break, we’ll happily work with the natural rhythm of the session whenever time allows.

We know pets are often cherished members of the family and may be welcome at certain Styled Photo Experiences.

However, pets are not permitted at every venue.

If you would like to include a pet in your session, please contact us before your reservation.

Approval depends upon:

• Venue rules
• Property restrictions
• Safety considerations
• The specific seasonal set
• Photographer discretion

When pets are approved, they must remain under the control of their owner at all times.

Clients are solely responsible for the care, supervision, behavior, and safety of their pets throughout the session.

Beautifully in Season reserves the right to discontinue the participation of any animal that presents a safety concern or disrupts the experience for others.

To help your session run smoothly, we encourage you to:

• Arrive approximately 10 minutes before your scheduled session.
• Dress appropriately for outdoor weather conditions.
• Wear footwear suitable for uneven outdoor surfaces when applicable.
• Bring jackets, blankets, water, snacks, or comfort items for young children as needed.
• Allow sufficient travel time before your session.
• Coordinate outfits before arriving to maximize photography time.

Most importantly…

Relax.

Some of the most memorable photographs come from genuine connection rather than perfect posing.

Many Styled Photo Experiences take place outdoors and may include natural terrain, seasonal décor, pumpkins, florals, planters, lanterns, pathways, uneven ground, and other decorative elements.

Clients participate at their own discretion.

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children throughout the experience.

Beautifully in Season asks all guests to exercise reasonable care while enjoying the seasonal set.

Please avoid climbing on decorations, standing on planters, moving large décor elements, or using the installation in ways for which it was not intended.

Every session captures many photographs.

Rather than delivering every image captured, Beautifully in Season professionally reviews the session and carefully selects the strongest photographs based on artistic quality, composition, expression, focus, lighting, and storytelling.

Duplicate images, test photographs, missed focus, blinking, closed eyes, and other non-selected images are intentionally removed during this curation process.

The final gallery represents Beautifully in Season’s artistic judgment and creative vision.

Every image delivered by Beautifully in Season includes our signature artistic editing.

Editing may include:

• Color correction
• Exposure adjustments
• Contrast
• White balance
• Cropping
• Minor skin retouching
• Minor distraction removal
• Artistic finishing

Editing decisions remain solely at the discretion of Beautifully in Season.

Requests for extensive retouching—including body reshaping, facial modifications, object removal, head swaps, extensive background editing, or other advanced image manipulation—are not included with your session.

Where appropriate, additional editing may be available for an additional fee.

RAW files, proofs, unedited images, rejected images, and unfinished photographs remain the exclusive property of Beautifully in Season.

These files are not included with your session and will not be released.

The images delivered in your final gallery represent the completed artistic work of Beautifully in Season.

We know you’re excited to see your photographs.

Our goal is always to deliver your completed gallery as quickly as possible while maintaining the quality and attention to detail that define Beautifully in Season.

Most galleries are delivered within approximately 72 hours of your session.

During periods of high demand or peak seasonal volume, delivery may take up to seven (7) business days.

If additional time becomes necessary, we’ll keep you informed.

Your completed gallery will include the professionally curated and edited images included with your selected session.

Instructions for downloading your photographs will be provided when your gallery is delivered.

From time to time, Beautifully in Season may offer additional digital images, prints, holiday cards, albums, framed artwork, ornaments, or other keepsakes.

Availability, pricing, and delivery timelines for these optional products may vary and will be communicated separately when offered.

Purchasing optional products does not alter the copyright ownership or licensing terms described in this Policy.

All photographs created by Beautifully in Season remain the intellectual property and copyrighted work of Beautifully in Season unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Purchasing a Styled Photo Experience does not transfer copyright ownership.

Beautifully in Season retains all rights to the photographs created during your session, including the right to reproduce, display, publish, archive, and use the images in accordance with this Policy and our Terms of Service.

Upon delivery of your completed gallery and receipt of all required payments, Beautifully in Season grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, print, and share your delivered images for personal, non-commercial use.

Examples of permitted personal use include:

• Printing photographs for your home
• Sharing images with family and friends
• Posting images on personal social media accounts
• Creating personal holiday cards
• Creating personal photo albums

This license does not permit commercial use, resale, licensing, publication for profit, or transfer of the images to another business or organization without prior written permission from Beautifully in Season.

One of the greatest compliments you can give us is sharing your Beautifully in Season photographs with family and friends.

You’re welcome to post your delivered images on your personal social media accounts.

Whenever possible, we’d love for you to tag or mention Beautifully in Season so others can discover our work.

To preserve the artistic integrity of our photography, we kindly ask that delivered images not be significantly altered after delivery.

This includes applying heavy filters, changing colors, extensive cropping that substantially changes the composition, or other edits that alter the original artistic presentation.

Minor cropping required by social media platforms is perfectly acceptable.

Styled Photo Experiences are intended for personal use.

If photographs will be used for:

• Business marketing
• Advertising
• Product promotion
• Professional branding
• Commercial publications
• Business websites
• Paid partnerships
• Influencer campaigns
• Real estate marketing
• Media publications
• Editorial use

Commercial licensing may require a separate agreement and additional licensing fees.

Beautifully in Season is proud of the work we create and may photograph and use completed Styled Photo Experiences for business purposes.

Images may be used in:

• Our website
• Social media
• Printed marketing materials
• Digital advertising
• Educational content
• Portfolio presentations
• Promotional materials
• Business development
• Press features
• Award submissions

Whenever reasonably possible, our focus is on celebrating the beauty of the experience while respecting our clients’ privacy.

If an identifiable individual will be the primary focus of a marketing campaign, Beautifully in Season may request additional permission before that specific image is used.

If you prefer that your delivered images not be publicly featured in Beautifully in Season marketing, please notify us in writing before your scheduled session.

While we will make reasonable efforts to honor these requests, Beautifully in Season reserves the right to retain photographs for internal documentation, quality assurance, training, insurance, legal compliance, and business records.

After your reservation is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email outlining what to expect next.

As your session approaches, we’ll communicate any important updates regarding your session, including weather, location details, reminders, or scheduling adjustments if necessary.

Our goal is to provide timely, thoughtful communication while keeping the process simple and enjoyable.

If you have questions at any point, we’re always happy to help.

At Beautifully in Season, we believe the most meaningful photographs aren’t perfectly posed—they’re genuinely lived.

Our goal is to create an experience where families laugh together, children explore, couples reconnect, friends celebrate, and authentic moments naturally unfold in beautifully designed seasonal spaces.

While we’ll happily guide you throughout your session, we also leave room for spontaneous moments, genuine emotion, and real connection.
