Reservation & Installation Policy

Thank you for choosing Beautifully in Season.

Every project we create is thoughtfully designed to celebrate the season while complementing the unique character of your home or event. Because every installation is individually curated and our seasonal calendar is intentionally limited, our process is a little different than purchasing products online or scheduling a traditional home service.

This Reservation & Installation Policy explains what you can expect before, during, and after your project so there are no surprises along the way.

If you ever have questions, we’re always happy to help.

Beautifully in Season intentionally accepts a limited number of projects each season.

This allows us to provide every client with the level of creativity, attention to detail, and personalized service that defines our brand.

Reservations are accepted on a first-confirmed basis and availability may change quickly during peak seasons.

For the best selection of installation windows and seasonal materials, we encourage clients to reserve early.

For qualifying services, a Reservation Payment is required to secure your project.

Your Reservation Payment allows Beautifully in Season to:

• Reserve one of our limited seasonal installation windows.
• Begin project planning and scheduling.
• Coordinate inventory and seasonal sourcing.
• Allocate production capacity.
• Begin preparing for your installation.

Because our calendar is intentionally limited and planning begins immediately after your reservation is confirmed, Reservation Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

A Reservation Payment is not simply a payment toward products.

It reserves Beautifully in Season’s time, creative planning, scheduling, and seasonal capacity for your project.

Reservation Payment amounts vary depending on the selected service or collection and will be clearly displayed before checkout.

Your Project Total will include all selected services and any applicable additions, including, where appropriate:

• Your selected collection or service
• Approved optional enhancements
• Extended Service Area fees
• Applicable taxes
• Any approved additions requested after booking

If your requested scope changes after your reservation is confirmed, additional charges may apply.

Beautifully in Season will communicate material pricing changes before proceeding whenever reasonably practical.

Unlike many service providers, Beautifully in Season does not assign a specific installation date at the time of booking.

Instead, projects are scheduled within an Installation Window.

Installation Windows allow us to provide the highest-quality finished product by coordinating:

• Seasonal product availability
• Floral availability
• Pumpkin and specialty material availability
• Weather conditions
• Geographic routing
• Overall installation schedule
• Staffing and production capacity

As your Installation Window approaches, we’ll contact you with additional scheduling information.

While we make every effort to honor anticipated schedules, installation timing may occasionally change due to weather, product availability, or other operational considerations.

One of the things that makes Beautifully in Season unique is that every project is individually designed.

Rather than reproducing identical installations, we thoughtfully create each project using seasonal materials that best complement your home, architecture, color palette, and selected collection.

Our portfolio, inspiration images, renderings, and example photographs are intended to communicate our design style and overall aesthetic.

They are not exact representations or guarantees of the specific products or arrangements that will be used for your project.

Beautifully in Season retains reasonable artistic discretion in selecting, arranging, and, when necessary, substituting seasonal materials while remaining true to your selected collection and overall design aesthetic.

Our goal is always to create the most beautiful finished project possible—not simply duplicate a previous installation.

Seasonal materials are one of the defining characteristics of Beautifully in Season.

Because we work with natural products—including pumpkins, gourds, florals, greenery, branches, wreaths, ribbons, plants, and other decorative elements—availability changes throughout the season.

Natural variations in:

• Size
• Shape
• Color
• Texture
• Bloom stage
• Pattern
• Variety

are expected and celebrated as part of each custom installation.

When necessary, Beautifully in Season may substitute materials of comparable quality, style, color, or value while preserving the overall design intent.

These substitutions allow us to maintain the quality and beauty of every installation despite changing seasonal availability.

Photographs, renderings, design previews, AI-generated concepts, mood boards, and inspiration images are provided to communicate the overall style, scale, color palette, and aesthetic direction of our collections.

They should not be interpreted as exact representations of the products, floral varieties, pumpkins, greenery, containers, ribbons, lanterns, or decorative accents that will be used in your installation.

Every Beautifully in Season project is individually created using the best available seasonal materials at the time of installation.

Beautifully in Season was founded on a simple belief:

Every home deserves to feel beautiful in every season.

Rather than mass-producing identical designs, we thoughtfully curate each project to complement your home’s architecture, landscape, color palette, and the natural beauty of the season.

That means no two installations are ever exactly alike.

Our promise is not to recreate a photograph.

Our promise is to create something equally beautiful—designed specifically for your home using the highest-quality seasonal materials available at the time of installation.

We believe this approach creates more authentic, timeless, and memorable seasonal spaces for every client.

Beautifully in Season proudly serves homeowners throughout Middle Tennessee.

To provide every client with the highest-quality experience, we organize our service area into Standard Service Areas and Extended Service Areas.

During the reservation process, your selected city will automatically determine whether an Extended Service Area fee applies.

You never need to calculate this yourself.

If your location falls within an Extended Service Area, the applicable fee will automatically be displayed during checkout before your reservation is finalized.

If your home is currently located outside our online reservation area, we invite you to request a Personalized Design Proposal.

We’ll gladly review your location and determine whether we’re able to accommodate your project.

We understand that plans occasionally change.

If you need to make changes to your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible.

We’ll make every reasonable effort to accommodate changes whenever our schedule and seasonal availability allow.

However, because every reservation immediately reserves production capacity and installation availability, changes cannot be guaranteed.

Clients may request to upgrade their selected collection or add optional enhancements before installation, subject to seasonal availability and scheduling capacity.

Additional charges will apply for approved upgrades.

Requests to downgrade a selected collection after a Reservation Payment has been made are generally not permitted.

Because project planning and scheduling begin immediately after your reservation is confirmed, Beautifully in Season reserves production capacity based on the original scope of the project.

If a requested change significantly alters the project scope, Beautifully in Season reserves the right to prepare a revised proposal or require a new reservation.

Optional enhancements, including wreaths, lantern collections, and other available seasonal upgrades, may be added to your reservation subject to product availability.

Because many optional enhancements involve limited seasonal inventory or custom sourcing, availability cannot be guaranteed until your reservation has been confirmed.

Beautifully in Season reserves the right to substitute comparable products when necessary while maintaining the overall design intent.

Many Beautifully in Season services take place outdoors.

Weather is an important part of planning beautiful seasonal installations.

If weather conditions create an unsafe working environment or could reasonably compromise the quality of your installation, Beautifully in Season may postpone or adjust your Installation Window.

Examples include:

• Heavy rain
• Lightning
• High winds
• Flooding
• Freezing temperatures
• Severe storms
• Other unsafe weather conditions

Whenever possible, we’ll communicate schedule adjustments as soon as practical.

Our goal is always to complete your installation under conditions that allow us to deliver the quality you expect.

Weather-related scheduling adjustments do not affect your Reservation Payment.

To ensure a smooth installation experience, clients are responsible for providing Beautifully in Season with safe and reasonable access to the property during the communicated Installation Window.

By reserving a project, you authorize Beautifully in Season to access the portions of your property reasonably necessary to complete the requested installation, even if you are not present.

Please ensure that:

• Pets are safely secured.
• Gates or security systems do not prevent access.
• Water or electrical access is available if previously discussed.
• Any property conditions requiring special attention have been communicated before installation.

If Beautifully in Season is unable to access the property during the scheduled Installation Window, additional charges or rescheduling may be required.

One of the most common questions we receive is:

“When will I hear from you?”

Here’s what you can expect.

After your reservation is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email outlining the next steps.

As your Installation Window approaches, we’ll communicate additional details regarding scheduling, preparation, and installation timing.

We’ll also contact you if weather, seasonal availability, or other circumstances require adjustments.

Our goal is to keep you informed without overwhelming your inbox.

Your Reservation Payment reserves your Installation Window.

The remaining Project Balance will automatically be charged to the payment method used during checkout seven (7) days before your scheduled Installation Window.

By completing your reservation, you authorize Beautifully in Season to process this remaining balance automatically.

If your payment information changes before your scheduled payment date, please contact us as soon as possible so we can update your information.

If payment cannot be successfully processed, your installation may be delayed or canceled until payment has been received.

Every Beautifully in Season project is intended to be enjoyed throughout the season.

Because our installations include natural and seasonal materials, some change over time should be expected.

Exposure to sunlight, rainfall, irrigation, wildlife, wind, freezing temperatures, and other environmental conditions naturally affect seasonal products.

These changes are a normal part of working with living and seasonal materials and are not considered defects.

Beautifully in Season does not currently provide seasonal pickup, removal, disposal, or cleanup services unless specifically included in a separate written agreement.

Once your installation has been completed, all installed materials become your property.

At Beautifully in Season, we believe the experience is just as important as the finished design.

When you reserve with us, you can expect:

• Thoughtful communication throughout your project.
• Professionally designed seasonal installations.
• Carefully selected, high-quality seasonal materials.
• Respect for your home and property.
• Honest recommendations and transparent pricing.
• Attention to detail from planning through installation.
• A design created specifically for your home—not a one-size-fits-all arrangement.

Every project is approached with the same goal:

If something doesn’t seem right, or if you have questions after your installation has been completed, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

We genuinely want every client to have an exceptional experience and welcome the opportunity to address questions regarding your project.

Certain Beautifully in Season services may include additional service-specific policies or addenda.

Where applicable, these documents supplement this Reservation & Installation Policy and the Terms of Service.

Examples may include:

• Styled Photo Experience Addendum
• Holiday Decorating Addendum
• Event Styling Addendum
• Corporate & Commercial Services Addendum

When applicable, these documents will be provided before booking and will become part of your agreement with Beautifully in Season.
