Beautifully in Season
Terms of Service
Last Updated: August 8, 2026
Welcome to Beautifully in Season.
At Beautifully in Season, our goal is to create thoughtfully designed seasonal spaces that bring beauty, warmth, and joy to your home. These Terms are intended to clearly explain how we work together while protecting both you and our business.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of BeautifullyInSeason.com (the “Website”) and your purchase or use of products and services offered by Beautifully in Season, operated by Les Tyler Enterprises LLC (“Beautifully in Season,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using our Website, submitting an inquiry, requesting a proposal, reserving a service, purchasing products or services, making a payment, or otherwise engaging with Beautifully in Season, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Certain services—including, but not limited to, Seasonal Porch Styling—may also be governed by additional service-specific policies, proposals, invoices, booking confirmations, Reservation Policies, or written agreements. When those documents apply, they are incorporated into these Terms by reference and govern the applicable service.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Website or purchase our services.

Reservation & Installation Policy
Certain services may also be governed by additional service-specific policies or addenda. For example, Seasonal Porch Styling is governed by our Reservation & Installation Policy, and Styled Photo Experiences are governed by our Styled Photo Experience Reservation & Session Policy. Where applicable, these service-specific documents are incorporated into these Terms by reference and form part of the agreement between you and Beautifully in Season.
The Reservation & Installation Policy explains important operational details including, where applicable:
- Reservation Payments
- Installation Windows
- Scheduling
- Automatic Final Payments
- Service Areas
- Extended Service Area Fees
- Seasonal Materials
- Changes to Reservations
- Other service-specific policies
Whenever a Reservation & Installation Policy applies, it forms part of these Terms.
If any conflict exists between these Terms and a service-specific Reservation & Installation Policy, the Reservation & Installation Policy will govern that particular service.
Definitions
For purposes of these Terms and any applicable Reservation & Installation Policy:
Installation Window means the period of time communicated by Beautifully in Season during which your installation is expected to occur. Installation Windows are determined based on seasonal product availability, weather conditions, geographic routing, and overall scheduling. An Installation Window is not a guaranteed appointment time or specific calendar date.
Reservation Payment means the payment required to reserve one of our limited seasonal installation windows and begin project planning, scheduling, and preparation, as described in the applicable Reservation & Installation Policy.
Project Total means the total amount due for the products and services selected by the client, including optional enhancements, travel fees, taxes, and any approved changes to the original scope of work.
Seasonal Materials include, but are not limited to, pumpkins, gourds, florals, greenery, wreaths, ribbons, branches, lanterns, plants, containers, decorative accessories, and other natural or decorative materials incorporated into a project.
Pricing & Payment
Unless otherwise stated, all prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars.
Payment requirements vary depending on the service selected.
Depending on the nature of the project, Beautifully in Season may require a Reservation Payment, partial payment, milestone payments, or full payment before work begins.
Remaining balances, when applicable, are due according to the payment schedule communicated during booking or described in the applicable Reservation & Installation Policy, proposal, invoice, or service agreement.
Certain services may require authorization for automatic payment of any remaining balance before the scheduled service.
Where applicable, the customer authorizes Beautifully in Season to charge the payment method provided during checkout according to the applicable Reservation & Installation Policy, proposal, or service agreement.
Automatic payment terms are described in greater detail within the applicable Reservation & Installation Policy.
Additional charges may apply if the scope of work changes after booking, including but not limited to:
- Additional products or materials
- Expanded design scope
- Additional labor
- Extended travel
- Customer-requested modifications
- Additional floral work
- Additional decorating services
- Additional installation time
- Additional delivery requirements
Whenever reasonably practical, Beautifully in Season will communicate material changes to the project scope or pricing before proceeding.
Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party payment processors, including Stripe.
Beautifully in Season does not store complete payment card information.
Applicable sales tax and other legally required charges will be added where required by law.
Weather, Outdoor Projects & Seasonal Conditions
Many Beautifully in Season services involve outdoor installations or natural materials and are therefore affected by conditions outside our control.
Beautifully in Season may postpone, reschedule, modify, or temporarily suspend an installation whenever weather, safety concerns, product availability, transportation issues, or site conditions would reasonably prevent us from delivering the quality of service our clients expect.
Weather conditions may include, but are not limited to:
- Rain
- Wind
- Freezing temperatures
- Excessive heat
- Ice
- Flooding
- Lightning
- Severe storms
- Hurricanes
- Tornadoes
- Other unsafe conditions
After installation has been completed, Beautifully in Season cannot control subsequent weather events or environmental conditions.
We are not responsible for deterioration, fading, settling, movement, discoloration, wilting, wildlife damage, irrigation damage, excessive moisture, sunlight exposure, insects, or other environmental conditions affecting natural or seasonal materials after installation.
These conditions are considered a normal part of working with living and seasonal products and are not considered defects in workmanship.
Natural & Seasonal Materials
Beautifully in Season intentionally incorporates natural and seasonal materials into many of our designs.
These may include:
- Fresh flowers
- Dried florals
- Greenery
- Pumpkins
- Gourds
- Branches
- Seasonal plants
- Wreaths
- Garlands
- Ribbon
- Decorative accents
- Containers
- Other seasonal materials
Because these products are natural, variations in color, size, shape, texture, bloom stage, pattern, fragrance, and overall appearance are expected.
Likewise, availability changes throughout the season.
Photographs, inspiration images, renderings, previous projects, marketing materials, and portfolio examples are intended to communicate our overall design style rather than guarantee identical products or exact reproductions.
When necessary, Beautifully in Season may substitute comparable materials of similar quality, style, color, or value while preserving the overall design intent.
The lifespan of natural and seasonal materials varies significantly based on weather, sunlight, irrigation, temperature, wildlife, insects, humidity, handling, maintenance, and other environmental conditions outside our control.
Beautifully in Season cannot guarantee the longevity of natural materials once they have been installed.
Creative Direction
Every Beautifully in Season project is individually designed.
Clients are encouraged to provide inspiration photographs, preferred color palettes, design preferences, architectural photographs, Pinterest boards, mood boards, or other creative direction.
Unless a specific design has been expressly agreed to in writing, Beautifully in Season retains reasonable artistic discretion regarding the selection, arrangement, substitution, and composition of materials.
Beautifully in Season may make reasonable artistic, design, logistical, or material adjustments throughout the project as necessary to achieve the highest-quality finished result while remaining consistent with the selected collection, agreed aesthetic, project goals, and seasonal availability.
Our objective is always to create the most beautiful finished project possible rather than replicate a previous installation exactly.
Property Access & Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing Beautifully in Season with safe, timely, and reasonable access to the property necessary to perform the requested services.
By reserving a service, scheduling an installation, or otherwise engaging Beautifully in Season, you authorize us to access the areas reasonably necessary to complete the agreed-upon work during the communicated Installation Window, even if you are not present at the property.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients are responsible for ensuring that:
- Beautifully in Season has permission to access the property.
- All required approvals have been obtained from homeowners, landlords, property managers, homeowners’ associations (HOAs), venues, or other third parties.
- Pets are safely secured during installation.
- Gates, locks, alarm systems, or other access restrictions do not prevent us from performing the work.
- Water sources, electrical outlets, or other agreed-upon utilities are reasonably available when required.
- We are informed in advance of any conditions that may affect installation, including but not limited to irrigation systems, concealed utilities, recently painted surfaces, fragile finishes, historic materials, uneven terrain, accessibility limitations, or other site-specific considerations.
Beautifully in Season is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from restricted property access or undisclosed site conditions.
If we are unable to safely or reasonably access the property during the communicated Installation Window, additional charges, rescheduling, or cancellation of services may be necessary.
Installation & Property Care
Beautifully in Season performs all services with reasonable care and professional workmanship.
Certain installations may require temporary attachment methods appropriate for the selected design and installation surface.
Clients should notify us before installation of any unusually delicate, historic, recently painted, damaged, antique, or otherwise sensitive surfaces requiring special consideration.
While we exercise reasonable care, Beautifully in Season is not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage;
- Hidden defects;
- Structural deficiencies;
- Ordinary wear and tear;
- Damage resulting from undisclosed conditions;
- Conditions not reasonably visible before installation; or
- Damage resulting from normal aging or deterioration of the property.
Our responsibility is limited to performing our services in a professional and commercially reasonable manner.
Customer-Provided Materials
Clients may request that Beautifully in Season incorporate customer-owned containers, lanterns, planters, wreaths, décor, furniture, floral vessels, accessories, or other decorative items into a project.
While we will handle these items with reasonable care, Beautifully in Season cannot verify the age, structural integrity, quality, or condition of customer-owned materials.
Accordingly, Beautifully in Season is not responsible for damage, deterioration, staining, breakage, or failure resulting from the pre-existing condition, age, manufacture, or suitability of customer-provided items.
We reserve the right to decline to use customer-provided materials that we reasonably believe are unsafe, unsuitable, unstable, or inconsistent with the requested design.
Ownership of Materials
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all decorative materials, floral arrangements, pumpkins, seasonal décor, wreaths, greenery, containers, ribbons, lanterns, and other products supplied by Beautifully in Season become the property of the client upon completion of the installation and payment in full.
Beautifully in Season does not rent seasonal décor.
Unless specifically included as part of a separately contracted service, Beautifully in Season does not provide seasonal removal, pickup, storage, haul-away, disposal, or cleanup services.
Clients are responsible for removing and disposing of seasonal materials at the end of their useful life.
Photography & Portfolio Use
Beautifully in Season is proud of the work we create and, unless otherwise agreed in writing, reserves the right to photograph completed projects for business purposes.
These photographs may include seasonal porch installations, floral arrangements, event styling, holiday decorating, container gardens, outdoor living spaces, tablescapes, and other completed work.
Project photographs may be used for:
- Portfolio presentations
- Website galleries
- Social media
- Advertising
- Marketing materials
- Educational content
- Printed publications
- Business development
- Award submissions
- Internal documentation
- Quality assurance
- Staff training
Whenever reasonably possible, photography will focus on the design itself rather than the occupants of the property.
Beautifully in Season will make reasonable efforts to avoid intentionally displaying personally identifying information, including house numbers, vehicle license plates, security information, family photographs, or other sensitive personal details.
If an identifiable individual will be the primary subject of promotional photography, additional permission may be requested before that image is used publicly.
If you prefer that we not publicly use photographs of your completed project, you must notify us in writing before your scheduled installation or event.
While Beautifully in Season will make reasonable efforts to accommodate these requests, we reserve the right to photograph projects for internal documentation, insurance purposes, quality assurance, training, project records, and legal compliance.
Nothing in this section grants ownership of Beautifully in Season’s photographs, marketing materials, or creative works to the client.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:
